If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, we will be happy to exchange the item or refund your money.
All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
If you have an item that you are not completely happy with please notify us by email before returning the goods and we will give you the details for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. If you have paid via Paypal we will refund your payment to a bank account nominated by you.

Please note as these brands are not in-stock items we are unable to offer returns/refunds unless an item is faulty. For this reason please check your sizing carefully.
