If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange the item or refund your money.
All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept returns if there are tags missing and they are marked or have animal hair on them.
We do not refund shipping charges unless the item has a fault
If you have an item that you are not completely happy with please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will then give you the details for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. If you have paid via Paypal we will refund your payment to a bank account nominated by you.
If you wish to swap your item for a different size then you will have to pay the extra shipping charges.

SHOES: We do not generally take returns/exchanges on footwear as we are not able to return these back to our suppliers. We are happy to accept exchanges on some styles - please contact us with the style you're interested in and we'll let you know if we will accept an exchange if they are unable to fit.
We cannot accept returns on Hades Footwear unless there is a fault.
We supply all manufacturer’s size charts for our brands so you should be able to choose the correct size. Please check all measurements carefully.
